on line fifteen, immediately following the word “beer” to insert the phrase “liquor produced at a mini-distillery licensed for retail sales under Chapter Sixty”

and

on line sixteen, immediately following the word “brewer” to insert the word “mini-distillery”

and

on line sixteen, immediately following the word “distributor” by striking the word “or”.
